Adempiere Import GL journal manually from file

let us prepare some of conditions to import GL journal manually :

1. first  COA must not document controlled

2. period must be opened

3. Business patner (hopefully you are not forget to input a single BP to adempiere)

OK let’s do it

1.  go to import loader format then create new format named journal:

2. choose format field then create field like the picture like this :

3. create file example journal.csv base on the format field like this :

4. now go to menu import file loader.. click file to upload… then choose import format with journal then click green check list (OK). you will be noticed how many record will be imported :

5. then go to the import gl journal menu , click the import journal buttons. then choose your organization, and check the “delete old imported records”,click ok to process. after the process then change the view (toggle) if there is an error you will be noticed in “import error message” column. here is a screen shoot where the data is already imported (you will see the import column will be checked) :

6. to check the journal have been imported choose GL Journal menu and go to line tab :

7. finish

download branch with version 3.4.X right now 3.4.1, do not download stables, why? because stable here means the latest version which is stable. I Guest the stable is 3.5.2 a 

download localization for your country .

i suggest if you download localization please read the read me file first, in read me file you will find which is source version is match to your localization.

i suggest before do modification please use full capability of adempiere for full fill the what clients need
